                               RESOLUTION NO. 19329
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE 
                   CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST, 
                   RESPECTIVELY, AN AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED 
                   TECHNOLOGIES, INC. RELATIVE TO CORRECTION OF 
                   SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM OVERFLOWS IN THE FIVE 
                   (5) MORATORIUM AREAS FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO 
                   EXCEED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100 
                   DOLLARS ($25,000.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor and the City Finance 
       Officer be and are hereby authorized to execute and attest, 
       respectively, an Agreement with Consolidated Technologies, Inc. 
       relative to correction of sanitary sewer system overflows in the 
       five (5) moratorium areas for an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.
